Honed Tube

Honed tube is a type of high precision steel tube material after process with honing machine and cold drawing machine. Due to the precision honed tubes with advantages of inside and external wall without oxide layer, withstand high pressure without leakage, high precision, high finish, cold bending without deformation, flattening without cracks etc, so they are usually used to produce pneumatic or hydraulic components, such as pneumatic cylinder or Hydraulic Cylinder Bore Tube.

Honed tube, is well known as hydraulic cylinder tube in many industries. As this kind of tubing is usually honed in tube inside diameter, it is known as honed ID tubing, burnished tube also.
The honed tubes suitable for various types of Precision Mechanical Tube, Honed Cylinder Tubing and Hydraulic Cylinder, Steel Axis Pipe, Injection Machine, lifting equipment and Crane Robotic Arm.
