Popular Cold Drawn Seamless Mechanical Tubing (CDS) is made of 1018 and 1026 cold drawn seamless tubing, which offers uniform OD/ID and Wall thickness tolerances, enhanced and increased tensile/ yield strength compared with hot-rolled steel tube products. Cold drawn seamless steel tube is made with hot-rolled steel tubes as raw material, after pickling, cold drawn process and heat treatment, it will get seamless precision steel tubes with required tolerances and mechanical properties produced according to standard DIN2391.
